It was surely always going to be a two horse race (and a win for Scala whatever the result) in this year’s AV Magazine #AVAwards for Digital Signage Project of the Year [1].

Beaver Group’s EAT Digital Menus and Pixel Inspiration’s Argos in-store Digital Media Network [3] being two of the best installations we have personally seen anywhere during 2014.
Congratulations then, must go to Frank Emerson and his team at Pixel for Friday evening’s win (a sample Argos installation is shown above), with our commiserations going to Peter Critchley and crew at Beaver Group.
Both Frank and Peter will however be pleased to know that there are categories that can accommodate the two of them at The DailyDOOH Gala Awards taking place in London on December 4, 2014.

It is a pleasure to have two such amazing Scala partner’s in the UK using the Scala platform via the Scala API and delivering fantastic projects, which are both rolling out nationwide. Well done to both Pixel Inspiration and Beaver Group.
