Amy Kelly & James Sprayberry Join Creative Realities

Creative Realities, LLC [1] (OTCQB: CREX) this week announced two executive appointments as the Company continues to enhance its infrastructure and management team, following its successful merger with Wireless Ronin Technologies [2].

Paul Price, Chief Executive Officer of Creative Realities told us “We couldn’t be happier with the addition of both Amy and James to the Creative Realities family. They each have proven track records and exemplary skill sets that will strengthen our offering, both on the back-end with operational support and technology and on the front-end, as we build out our customer-facing solutions. Brands and consumers are interacting today like never before and technology sits in the middle of all of it. With James, we have a proven operator who understands what marketing technologies are capable of and how they interact. And, with Amy, we have an asset who has spent her entire career understanding what drives consumer behavior and how best to develop and drive integrated marketing programs to influence purchases for brands and companies. I would like to welcome them both to our Company and truly believe our clients will ultimately be the ones who benefit most, as we continue to build our solutions portfolio which leverages marketing technologies to improve customer experiences.”

With every addition at the top comes more cuts at the bottom. Systems Engineer Michael Smith, Senior Fabricator William Raimondi, Project Coordinator Chelsea Rogelle and IT Director David Torres were all let go from their positions.

One might ask, with all this senior leadership, is Creative Realities / Ronin no longer an integrator and more of a consultancy house? They have no more staff that are capable of up-keeping the systems that are being deployed.

So with the new merger, we have version 2.0 of what Ronin went through in 2005-06 when influxed with cash. Bring on more VP’s and more directors. Let go or ignore the people who actually do work.

Recipe for success.
