Wildstone Acquires Sky Brands

Wildstone, the largest out of home consultancy in the UK, has acquired airport advertising specialists, Sky Brands.

Paula Oliver, owner of Sky Brands has joined the company and will be heading up the new Wildstone Airports division.

Speaking about the acquisition, Damian Cox, CEO of Wildstone said “We are delighted to have purchased Sky Brands, Paula has done a tremendous job in building the business over the past few years and we are excited about her heading up Wildstone Airports. The new division of the business will concentrate on delivering advertising income for owners and managers of airports globally. With an in-house team of over 25 specialists across development, planning, design, project management, build and marketing, Wildstone has grown to be the largest out of home consultancy in UK since it was established in 2010.

Working on behalf of public sector and private clients, they have achieved record breaking rents from architecturally designed premium sites including The Chiswick Towers, Euston Underpass, One Piccadilly and Brentham Power Station.

The expansion into airports consultancy will see Wildstone entering the international market for advertising consultancy for the first time.
