Executive Channel Adds To Its Board

Following the Executive Channel International’s (ECI) July announcement regarding the restructure of the Executive Channel Group, ECI executive chairman Bruce Fink, has announced the company’s new board of directors.

Joining the three founders, Bruce Fink, Charles Parry-Okeden and Craig Cohen, the company has appointed two non-executive directors, Australian-based Kim Williams AM and UK-based Bill Muirhead AM.

The company has also appointed Chris Winterburn as an executive director.

Kim Williams is the former boss of News Corp in Australia, and was quoted as saying “What’s particularly interesting in office media is the way in which office media has an immediate impact on internet action. People see something in a foyer or a lift and they are motivated to act on it within seconds when they get to their work space”.

Executive Channel executive chairman Bruce Fink said he was delighted with the new board additions; “Their extraordinary skills and experience will be of great benefit to the organisation and I feel privileged to be working with them,”

Executive Channel’s global chief executive Charles Parry-Okeden (you can read an interview with him in DOOH INSIGHTS: 2014 | The Best of 2014 pp79-83) said that the new board additions would help lift the company to be a “world leader in office media”.
