Another year has passed and once again the Digital Out of Home networking group The Screen will mark the occasion with a Christmas event focusing on the year that was.
‘Digital Perspective 2014’, to be held on December 9th at The Hospital Club, will assess the industry’s development over the last 12 months.
In the five years we have held this annual ‘review of the year’, we have seen the industry continue to exceed its targets, constantly expand its ambition, re-define its reach and build its market share and revenue. We have raised the media industry’s expectations for the possibilities of outdoor, invented new platforms for unrivalled accountability and delivered millions of new spend to the medium. So what’s next? What do we need to do to maintain this momentum and if we keep building it, will they keep coming?
To ponder these and other possibilities and to consider their impact on the wider media industry, The Screen has brought together three key industry commentators, each representing different stakeholders from across the sector.

Speakers:
- Christophe Cauvy – Regional Director of Digital & Innovation (Europe) at JWT: Working on the likes of Microsoft, T-Mobile, Sony and Carrefour before joining JWT’s strong digital division. Christophe’s remit is to seek out and drive innovation across JWT.
- Victoria Appleby – Business Director, MediaCom: Victoria was one of the IPAs women of tomorrow in 2013 and runs the Coca Cola account at MediaCom.
- Stuart Taylor – CEO UK Kinetic Worldwide: Coming from print at the Guardian, through radio at GMG and taking over at Kinetic in 2013, Stuart brings a unique perspective to the out of home sector and its digital future.
