Google Launches @OceanOutdoorUK ’s Hybrid East Face

Ocean Outdoor has added a giant vinyl extension to London’s biggest digital out of home screen – Ocean’s East Face @ Westfield and we note that
Google is the launch partner.

The campaign features Google’s Android operating system. Charlotte Bull, Talon Client Manager, said “The East Face provides an opportunity to deliver an unmissable message to a key audience, travelling on the main vehicle approach to Westfield Shopping Centre. We’re excited to partner with our client Google and Ocean on the launch of this innovative new placement, which combines huge scale with the creative potential of digital out of home.”

The super premium digital screen (15m x 9m) and its giant vinyl surround (20.2m x 13.3m) dominates the West Cross route, the main approach to the London Westfield Centre, delivering close to 750,000 ABC1 impacts a fortnight.

Ocean marketing director Richard Malton told us “The East Face is London’s largest digital outdoor screen and the second largest in the country after the Liverpool Media Wall. The addition of a vinyl extension offers brands even greater flexibility on an impressive creative canvas which dominates an iconic city hub.”

The East Face is Ocean’s second hybrid site at Westfield. Close by is The Wall @ Westfield two 12 x 3 metre digital screens offering brands a colossal 40m x 9m creative canvas which wraps the entire structure.
