The Out-of-home Video Advertising Bureau Europe  (OVAB Europe) today announced two new members – software provider BroadSign International and the information logistics company INFOX.
The INFOX offer is for advertising media production to the tourism industry; 16,000 travel agencies in Germany and approximately 300 vendors of counter advertising and consumer advertising work with INFOX in this sector.
Dirk Hülsermann, the Chairman of the Board of OVAB Europe and also the Director of Business Development International at Neo Advertising told us “With their expertise they will help to enhance the importance of out-of-home media in Europe as well“
Founding members of OVAB Europe include Neo Advertising, ECE Flatmedia, IBM Deutschland, invidis consulting, PHILIPS, NEC Display Solutions and Minicom.
OVAB Europe is of course supported by OVAB USA, which was founded in 2006 and currently has around 40 members.

OVAB Europe is the first independent Europe-wide representative of the interests of vendors and service providers for audiovisual media at POS and POI. The association is an extension of the existing organizations in the digital out-of-home media industry and concentrates exclusively on the digital out-of-home media segment in this capacity. The association is a central contact point and information source for all the interests and concerns of industry partners and system providers in this segment.
