We have been expecting Neo Advertising in Canada to announce a cross border move and the setting up of a business division in North America for some time. The most likely market entry strategy (we believed) was for them to take over 2 or 3 of the (old) Reactrix Malls though there are lots of other badly managed digital Malls ripe for acquisition as well 😉
A rumour now comes to us which may confirm this (especially if you think of the location of some of the Malls in question), specifically that Neo Advertising [1] are about to open up offices in both Los Angeles and New York.
