Intel Really Does Think SW Vendors Are Suckers!

Following on from our weekend story ‘Go On, Take Their Call, @Intel_Jose Wants Your Info 4 Free [1]‘ here’s the actual email that those cheeky blighters at Pie in The Sky Research [2] have been sending out these past few weeks…

Dear SUCKER

Hope you are well. Thank you for your association with Northern Sky Research (NSR) in the past.

I am now leading the research for a collaborative effort between Intel, USA and NSR on Digital Signage Trends and Use Cases. Intel is seeking to understand the evolution of Screens, Players, Software and Content along with use cases for Digital Signage worldwide. NSR is lending our market research experience in areas of telecom and digital media for this effort.

In this regard, would it be possible to schedule a call, sometime this week or the next, to discuss market trends and growth going forward.

Please let me know what day / time would be convenient and what would be the best number to reach you.

Look forward to speaking with you.

Regards
Prashant

The love in with nacho munching Jose continues to 2015. New series, new episode. Same sordid storyline from Jose & Co.

Intel has been quiet ever since the whole RCM and Aimsuite debacles from many months ago, so it’s nice to see that they’re still alive and kicking. Unfortunately it seems they’re still trying to figure out how to become relevant.
