Oscar Elizaga Looking For Job #4

Adrian J Cotterill, Editor-in-Chief

Last September we wrote, that after six months of searching, Oscar Elizaga had finally found his latest digital signage sinecure, when those nice people at OUTFORM gave him a position as EVP and General Manager for iDisplay.

Well it seems that not even the Israelis could put up with him. Oscar left after only six months and is currently doing the ’rounds’ of other potential victims employers.

An unplesant personalized attack on a man who has done a lot of good for the DOOH industry. Salicious gossip that is unkind and unhelpful. Surprised to see this style of tabloid news!

  2. Adrian J Cotterill, Editor-in-Chief Says:

    1. Your support of dear old Oscar would have meant more if you were brave enough to put your proper name on the comment rather than hide behind an Italian sock-puppet
    2. You obviously don’t read the DailyDOOH very often if you are ‘surprised’ about this style of tabloid news – DailyDOOH prides itself on its journalistic integrity whilst reporting all the gossip and rumour in the industry
    3. How on earth can you describe Oscar as a man who has done a lot of good for the DOOH Industry? Happy to hear of some examples

  3. Polo Says:

Oscar turned Scala around giving it a new direction and progress adding professional management to the company. Bravery, ethics and respect for people in the DOOH industry are a point you know very little about. New name is Daily Poo, like toilet paper.

  4. Grandpa Gerard Bucas Says:

I think you will find that it was Gerard Bucas who saved Scala. Your beloved Oscar has sold little in his career, and what he has sold he sells because he drops his pants on price.

  5. Jerry Maguire Says:

Garry Maguire was counting on him to save RMG. Didn’t work out the way we planned.

  6. talk about a coward?! Says:

First of all, Adrian–it WAS a malicious attack who, when you slice through all your b.s., STILL has a famly to feed.

And “whilst” you continue to defend your title as “Internet Tough Guy of the Year,” it should not go unsaid that you, time-and-again, refused to allow on your site any mention of Steve Nesbit’s direct ties to RMG Networks as having ANYTHING to do with them winning your stupid award.

If Garry Maguire wasn’t such a dolt than perhaps Oscar–and countless others who followed his lead—WOULD still have jobs. Keep throwing those keyboard jabs, Adriana.

  7. Jerry Maguire Says:

I looked up the word dolt. I feel that it is not an accurate word choice. In fact, I am bright enough to see the irony in that last sentence from someone who identifies himself as “talk about a coward”.
