With the aim of strengthening its service commitment to the India-Asia Pacific region, STRATACACHE, Dayton, Ohio-based provider of scalable, high-performance digital signage, content distribution and enterprise video acceleration technologies, has announced its latest office workspace, opening in Bangalore, India.

The 3,000 square foot workspace on the ground floor of the Phoenix Towers will accommodate STRATACACHE’s teams dedicated to business development, customer support and technical engineering support to better position the company to tap into the high-growth of the Indian digital signage and advertising marketplace. A total of 12-15 personnel will initially be hired, with the opportunity of future employee growth.

Manish Kumar, vice-president, has been directing this operation and will be overseeing the new expansion.

“India is an important emerging marketplace for digital signage,” says Kumar. “By establishing the India office, STRATACACHE ensures we are not only present in one of the key markets but also expanding our presence in the Asia-Pacific region.”

STRATACACHE India will concentrate its efforts on aggressively expanding the digital signage market and supporting its partners by offering complete end-to-end solutions of intelligent digital signage, digital merchandising, mobile enablement and rich media distribution solutions.

“India is a key global market for STRATACACHE and the growing Indian middle class offers a unique opportunity to help brands connect with this new wave of consumers,” says Chris Riegel, STRATACACHE CEO.

Following the opening of STRATACACHE’s Japan and Australia facilities (Tokyo and Adelaide), this is the third facility opened to support and strengthen STRATACACHE’s current and future clientele in the Asia-Pacific region.
