Onemedia Officially Launches Infopoint

Following demonstrations at trade shows, onemedia has now launched Infopoint, a fully interactive digital signage solution providing access to live, engaging, informative and real-time content to executive, corporate and education audiences.

Suitable for corporate landlords, multi-tenanted office spaces, shared offices, universities and business schools, Infopoint displays dynamic content including news, live train times, weather and stock market information aimed at clients, staff, onsite contractors and day visitors.

“With the commercial property development market looking positive for continued growth in 2015, Infopoint was created to accommodate the increased demand for technological advances, and the requirement for live information through digital signage and interactive solutions to be displayed in commercial property developments.” says Tyson Reed, creative services director at onemedia, a UK-based digital and print creative agency with a specialism for design and content production for Digital Signage and Interactive Touch solutions.

Featuring a message zone to display messages, building facility information and emergency notifications, Infopoint is free of external advertising because the end user owns the hardware. However, landlords and serviced office owners can choose to earn revenue by selling advertising space to tenants and external companies of their choice. Administrators have full control of managing the dedicated playlist for messages or internal advertising through a simple to use browser-based interface.

London travel Apps can be optionally included; Tube status, Tube departure times and London bus arrivals, which provide accurate service updates and departure times for the Tube and buses local to the customers’ location.

Other interactive applications can be optionally included, such as an interactive building directory to provide users access to building information, the location of the various tenants and points of interest within the building. Also available is a Local Amenities App to display directions to, and information for, local offsite amenities including restaurants, cafés, leisure facilities, shops, train stations and more.

Administrators can manage both the building directory tenant information and add/remove favourite local amenities from a simple browser based interface.

Infopoint is a competitive package, pre-developed on a ONELAN Standalone Signage Player, and includes: network pre-configuration, information Apps configured to a customers location and initial setup support to provide resellers and customers a truly Plug ‘n’ Play solution. An interactive freestanding kiosk or touch screen for wall-mounted applications can be added as an option.
