#2015ECE EduComm Expo Names 2015 Advisory Board

EduComm Expo (ECE) the only educational conference exclusively focused on digital communication technology in higher education, has announced the establishment of the event’s founding Advisory Board for 2015.

These professionals, who represent universities from across the country, will be, responsible for guiding the development of the educational programs to be offered at EduComm Expo 2015. They will also play a role in the conference program as peer presenters or session moderators, and will serve as onsite evaluators of the experience to recommend improvements to the annual event.

The ECE 2015 Advisory Board members include:

  • Mike Hill, Brigham Young University, AV promotions/support unit manager;
  • Tom Stipes, Georgia Institute of Technology, director of digital communications;
  • Keith Lewie, Ohio State University, digital signage systems engineer;
  • Jared Padgett, Pepperdine University School of Law, manager, web development and digital media;
  • Ron Santana, Towson University, manager of digital media services;
  • Katie Bair, University of California Merced, IT communications officer;
  • Josh Saiz, University of New Mexico, analyst/programmer III;
  • Ed Dickison, University of Notre Dame, manager, communications services;
  • Jeff McCanlies, University of Oklahoma, HSC, Manager – IT;
  • Holli Drewry, Virginia Tech, assistant director of communications and innovative technology;
  • Dr. Tamela Smith, Western Kentucky University, manager, audio visual services;
  • Steve Stavar, West Virginia University, digital signage specialist.

EduComm Expo 2015 will be co-located with CorpComm Expo 2015 (CCE), also scheduled for Sept. 30-Oct. 1, 2015, with access to the Exhibit Hall both days at the Georgia World Congress Center.

Professional end user attendance is expected to include C-level and middle management professionals in Corporate Communications Marketing, HR, IT, Administration, Construction and Planning, Business Services, and others with oversight for internal digital communications technologies.
