#AmplifyOOH OAAA’s New Mobile App

A new mobile app aimed at supporting out-of-home advertising sales professionals was launched today by the Outdoor Advertising Association of America at the 2015 OAAA\TAB National Convention + Expo.

This members-only app features top-line OOH facts, exceptional creative, marketing research, and additional selling points in a user-friendly application for mobile tablets..

“This new app is the first of its kind in the OOH industry,” says Stephen Freitas, OAAA chief marketing officer. “Sales professionals will have all information they need in the palm of their hands as they prepare for and present at face-to-face client meetings, proving the value of OOH with stunning visuals, reputable advertising research, and detailed case studies.”

Using the app, OAAA members can inform clients about how the medium is measured, how it compares to other ad media, its effectiveness with all audiences, how it converges with mobile and social networks to engage consumers, and showcase local and national OOH campaigns.

The app also contains integrated modules for the OOH Creative Testing Tool, which allows users to view OOH creative in the environment; the OOH Creative Library, which features award-winning OOH creative; and the OOH Video Library, where users can access videos that highlight the power of OOH. Information of particular interest to customers can be saved in a shopping cart and emailed at the conclusion of a meeting.

“This app is a dream come true for OOH sales professionals on the road pitching and presenting to clients,” says Freitas. “With a simple flick of the mobile screen, many OOH resources found on the OAAA website can be easily and quickly displayed and shared.”

The OOH Resource App can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and requires an OAAA member login and password.
