CRI has been for sale for a month or so, we quote a recent Merriman Capital, Inc. ‘Confidential Summary – Digital Marketing Company’ document, “Merriman Capital, Inc. is conducting a selective strategic process for a digital marketing company (the “Company”). The strategic review includes, but is not limited to, a review of opportunities for a potential sale, merger or other business combination, minority investment and technology license”.
Rumour is that Reflect are actually, ahem, seriously looking at buying.
