- The Recommend system is included in Toshiba Tec’s Personalized Recommendation and this solution can analyze a customer’s purchase history at the store in addition to his or her preferences at the e-commerce site. Based on the results obtained, PRB will offer optimized recommendations to individual customers, and can print out a brochure while the staff is packing the purchased items.
