KLLM is a well funded new business and 3 tiered joint venture / partnership in the field of Digital Signage and they expect to be a top tier DOOH media outlet provider for over 3000 restaurants across the United States with in the next 15 months.

Rick Deckbar tells us that his company has a unique relationship / partnership with several major restaurant chains and will roll out in the coming months (starting with the US) and that they are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to generate business, help manage their US sales channel and to grow sales revenue in line with the company’s goals.

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, this position may be home-based and will require a high level of organization and self motivation. The following major tasks are an integral part of the position:

  • Delivering on revenue targets.
  • Managing the US distribution and dealer/reseller channel and defining regional targets and strategies.
  • Evaluating existing sales channel for effectiveness and making adjustments as required.
  • Identifying key customers and opportunities and executing successful sales strategies to win the business.
  • Providing accurate and timely forecasts with full supporting data.
  • Developing and executing a major accounts program and taking ownership of those accounts identified as critical.

Skills and Experience

Applicants should have at least 5 years of progressively increasing levels of responsibility in direct sales/sales management roles. The ideal candidate will have managed a significant territory – both geographically and revenue wise and consistently met or exceeded targets. Candidates with a DOOH experience along with print and have an existing book of business are preferred.

  • Ability to sell and close along with excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proven capability in identifying sales opportunities through aggressive prospecting and following up on leads.
  • Ability to create and execute on major account strategies.
  • Background in selling of print and or DOOH products and solutions.
  • “Relationship” and ”solution” selling skills.
  • Experience in selling through distribution, agencies, reps and direct selling.
