Andrew Eklund, founder and CEO of Ciceron, Minneapolis, will present a general conference seminar on Thursday, Oct. 1 at 3-4 p.m. at CorpComm Expo’s inaugural educational conference taking place Sept. 30-Oct. 1, 2015, at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.

corpcomm_expo_logoEklund’s session, entitled Harnessing the Power of Engaged Employees: The Business of Employee Advocacy’, will discuss the concept of employee advocacy as the result of engaging employees to empower them to speak on behalf of brands for which they work. Engaged and satisfied employees can be empowered to be more effective on an organization’s behalf.

Attendees will learn:

  • Why employee advocacy is a critical, but often overlooked component of corporate communications;
  • How every organization can create engaged and empowered employees that can directly impact the success of the company;
  • The key elements to developing engaged and empowered employees that will love to praise your company.

Vincent Gross, Systems Manager for Mohwak Industries who serves on the CorpComm Expo Advisory Board says, “Effectively communicating key messages to employees at all levels is essential for promoting employee engagement, driving positive change and delivering results. CorpComm Expo will help promote best practices and encourage innovation. I look forward to joining my peers for lively discussion of creative communications solutions.”
