#dse2016 Why Customers Don’t Listen & Why They Fail

Digital Signage Expo, the world’s largest international tradeshow and educational conference dedicated to digital displays, interactive technology and digital communications networks, has announced that its four-part Digital Signage Seminar Program at #dse2016 designed specifically for Pro AV/IT systems integrators will include an hour-long session entitled, ‘Why It Seems Customers Don’t Listen and Why They Fail’.

Theresa Robbins, owner of Axcess Video Corporation, Rancho Sanata Margaria, California, will present the hour-long seminar specifically designed for the systems integrators in which attendees will learn practical steps to employing digital signage messaging, planning, design and implementation – with an emphasis on planning – to help them achieve their project goals.
