The Digital Signage Today story we quoted a while back on the Platt Retail Institute [2]‘s work in the Retail Finance sector [3] omitted much of the factual support that their research put forward relative to their finding that Digital Signage network returns in a financial institution can be substantial.

Steven Platt told us “the test itself established the significance of bank deployed digital signage on four separate measurement platforms; awareness, customer experience, productivity enhancements, and revenue/service return contributions”

The Digital Signage Today article only noted customer experience.
