A couple of people have emailed in and asked us for our thoughts on Adobe’s recent announcement [1] with regard bringing their Flash web animation and video viewer to more people via a new run-time system for HD TVs, set-top boxes, Blu-ray players and other connected living room devices.
Whilst this isn’t officially a platform for digital signage we think it has opened Pandora’s box [2] for certain big players like Intel, Disney, Broadcom and Comcast.
