Rumour is that Robert Hoffer’s Newforth Partners LLC has bought the software elements of Reactrix.
Robert Hoffer is the Managing Director of Newforth Partners LLC a company that describes itself as “Realizing Corporate Value” and “Pre-transaction Positioning * Mergers & Acquisitions * Private Placements” and is well known for taking down on their luck software companies and turning them around.
We wouldn’t have ever described Reactrix as a software company but without its Mall element, and we believe that has gone now, that’s all it has left.
