Covenant House, Canada’s largest homeless youth agency, changes lives by providing a wide range of services and support under one roof. With the support of Cieslok Media and its digital signage network, strategically located in high impact, high traffic locations across the City of Toronto, Covenant house can reach the masses, creating awareness for the event and driving audiences to purchase tickets for the Wine & Dine fundraiser.

“At Cieslok Media we are well positioned to help create awareness for initiatives such as the Wine & Dine fundraiser, which supports an organization making a positive change for the lives of at-risk youth,”
says Jörg Cieslok, president and CEO of Cieslok Media. “As we strive towards a better community for all, we are proud to leverage our media assets, to not only create awareness, but actually drive ticket sells and ultimately raise funds for the Covenant House”.

Money raised will help Convent House continue to offer its services and support to as many as 250 homeless youth daily.

Josie do Rego, communications and development director at Covenant House, says, “Since we rely on donors for 80% of our almost $23-million annual budget, raising awareness of this major fundraiser is important to helping us reach our goal.”

The Covenant House Wine & Dine fundraiser will be held on Wednesday, June 15th. The annual fundraiser consists of a paired dinner and wine auction, during which valuable bottles of wine are auctioned off to raise funds for the charity.

More than a place to stay, Covenant House serve as many as 250 young people through its 24/7 crisis shelter and transitional housing on-site and in the community and its comprehensive services, including education, counselling, health care, employment assistance, job training and aftercare, annually. It works to help homeless youth move from a life on the street to a life with a future. Over the past 34 years, Covenant House has served more than 90,000 young people.

Cieslok Cares, the Cieslok Media Corporate Social Responsibility program, supports various great causes and charities both at the local and national level.
