Heathrow Express has recently made two new senior appointments. Based at the head office in Heathrow, Elizabeth Hillerby has joined as Head of Marketing and Richard Young as Sales and Distribution Manager.
Elizabeth Hillerby replaced Jo Briody who held the post on a temporary basis. Results orientated Hillerby has 13 years’ experience in the leisure, travel and media industries having held managerial positions at National Rail, British Airways and the BBC. She joins Heathrow Express directly from ATOC. Elizabeth is primarily responsible for integrating all marketing functions within the business in order to lead more effective campaigns. She will also work to establish greater brand awareness for Heathrow Express both internationally and digitally.
Richard Young has joined Heathrow Express as a Sales and Distribution Manager within the B2B team. Having previously worked for a number of reputable travel companies including Amadeus, Hillgate Travel, Hertz and KLM, Richard brings with him a wealth of managerial and business development experience. He is tasked with driving Heathrow Express’ partnership strategy forward, Richard will be responsible for forging new relations with TMCs and travel technology suppliers as well as growing the business within the business travel industry.
