French industrial group Legrand (LEGD.PA) is to acquire Milestone AV Technologies [1] in a transaction said to be worth USD 950 million.
Legrand were quoted as saying that the takeover of Milestone – which had 2016 sales of USD 464 million, Ed – would lead to cost savings and would be financed by new debt.
