#NRF2018 La French Tech Pavillion #1155

Every year, the NRF’s Big Show is a Mecca for innovation in the retail world, showcasing innovative solutions and technologies for all organizations involved in the sector. Taking place January 14-16, 2018 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York, last year this international trade fair attracted 600 exhibitors and 35,000 visitors from 95 countries.

Joanna Routaboul in charge of the French Tech Pavilion at #NRF2018, told us “The French companies exhibiting on our pavilion  display genuine international development potential and all have a capacity to speed up their commercial development by sparking interest among decision-makers at the NRF show”.

The French Tech Pavilion [1], booth #1155 will showcase 12 of the most outstanding French Tech companies, with proven track record. They were selected by a jury of seasoned venture capitalists and successful entrepreneurs.

Florence Tison, Head of Business France’s East coast Tech Practice in North America, highlights that “The choices that the retailers make today will determine their success in a challenging environment. From artificial intelligence, predictive marketing, conversational business, and big data to warehouse management, customer experience and after-sales solutions, the French Tech Pavilion will offer a large portfolio of solutions to address today’s global retail challenges.

France represents the third largest delegation attending NRF’s Big Show after Canada and Brazil with 871 delegates. Over the past three years, the number of French startups offering solutions specifically for retail has steadily expanded. An increasing number have already set up shops in the US, such as UX analytics company Content Square (20 millions dollars raised), state-of-the-art instore tracking technologies Fidzup and Teemo, deep artificial intelligence marketing solution Tinyclues, omnichannel performance platform Ysance, or real time opportunity prediction and engagement platform iAdvize (raised $38M in 2017) – just to name a few.

They serve as a digital lab with all the tools to create quick experiments leading to a better understanding of users and their journeys.

FIDZUP [3] is reinventing Local Marketing for brick and mortar retailers, to generate and optimize in-store Foot-Traffic through digital advertising. 

It accurately measure your mobile advertising campaign ROI and performance. 

 

AKENEO [4] helps brands and retailers to deal with the trivial and boring logistics of product information management through a platform ensuring consistent, accurate, detailed and centralized data to inspire you to do the added value work for your brand.

REVERS.IO [5] takes reverse logistics & after sales customer care to the next level with their SaaS platform. REVERS.IO [6] creates value by transforming the customer experience and improving efficiency through automated procedures. The company is owned by SAV Group.

 ALCEMON [7] Turbocharge your customer interactions on social media and instant messaging with Alcméon’s chat bot builder and seamless human handover. Alcméon helps premium retailers maximize ROI and enhance end-to-end customer experience on the social channels

TINYCLUES [8] is the leading AI-first marketing solution enabling companies to generate additional revenue through intelligent campaign targeting and planning. Tinyclues’ ground-breaking solution uses Deep Artificial Intelligence to identify future buyers for any promoted item, even in the absence of recent intent. 

ALKEMICS [9] is the digital collaboration platform for Retail. We help retailers, brands and solutions partners to digitize, collect and automatically share product data in one secured place.               

 VEKIA [10] is a leading startup that develops Artificial Intelligence based SaaS solutions to help retailers optimize their supply chain. VEKIA raised funds of around €12 million in September 2017.

ALLURE SYSTEM [11] virtualizes models to enhance the presentation of clothing on line. The start-up raised €3 million in September 2017. 

SIMPLIFIELD [12] is a mobile companion for field and store team helping them to maximize retail execution, improve customer experience, and track key performance indicators in each PoS.
The company raised €4 million in June this year to support its international expansion. 

IADVIZE [13] is a conversational marketing platform that helps brands predict and engage contact opportunities in real-time to connect their customers and prospects with experts available 24/7. They are connected via messaging to paid experts, able to provide authentic advice about products and brands. 

SPLIO [14] offers an all-in-one marketing platform built for the needs of retailers that combines e-commerce and store sales for a comprehensive omni-commerce customer experience.
