There is nothing journalists like more, than a company washing its dirty laundry in public and unfortunately, this time around, it is Vistar Media who is being forced to disclose various alleged goings-on, at the top of the company.
In the middle of last year, Vistar Media’s Jeremy Ozen resigned from the company and in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, is now suing MICHAEL PROVENZANO and MARK CHADWICK claiming that he was forced to resign from Vistar Media on June 18, 2017
Mike Provenzano is of course Vistar Media CEO and Co-Founder, Mark Chadwick is Vistar Media CTO and Co-Founder.
