If you had to announce big changes at JCDecaux in the UK then London Digital Signage Week is surely the time to do it.
There has to be a limited shelf life for any corporate regime that needed not one but two (Joint) CEO’s to run it [1] and the rumour these past few weeks has been that they may soon be announcing a new senior exec to run the business.
