Chargemaster, which was founded in 2008 and runs POLAR, the largest public charging network in the UK, with more than 6,500 charging points and approximately 40,000 customers (many of whom pay by a monthly subscription), has been acquired by BP for GBP 130M.
Chargemaster will be rebranded BP Chargemaster.
