During #NYDSW back in 2015 [1] we heard credible rumours that Allure Global Solutions, Inc. were likely to be sold and surprise, surprise a week later it was announced that display manufacturer Christie were the acquirer [2].
News just in then that Allure have changed hands again, this time the acquirer being Creative Realities (OTCQX:CREX).
Under the deal terms, Creative Realities will purchase the outstanding stock of Allure at closing, comprised of a combination of cash, seller note and assumption of certain liabilities.
