Last Friday evening, many 8 Outdoor employees, unpaid since August 9 received an email asking them to be in their (old) offices first thing Tuesday morning.
It would appear that *new* company Radiant Media has acquired what was left of 8 Outdoor. We understand that Matthew Dearden will head up this new company. Interesting to note that former SIS DIGITAL Finance Director James Baker is listed as a director of Radiant Media.
Another Radiant Media director is Walid Kamhawi which is likely where the money has come from.
Walid Kamhawi is Founder and Partner at HKAS Partners [1], and was previously, MD at the Private Equity Group of the Blackstone Group.
