Vistar Media Expands Australian #OOH Operations

Vistar Media, one of the leading global providers of programmatic technology for digital-out-of-home, is expanding operations in Australia as the company continues to build its global footprint.

Since launching in-market in late 2018, the company has appointed advertising and out-of-home expert Ben Baker as Sales Director, ANZ, responsible for leading operations in Australia and New Zealand by managing new client accounts and developing business in the region. Previously, Ben was National Sales Director at oOh!, leading sales across a diverse portfolio of location-based out-of-home assets. Since launching earlier this year, Vistar has successfully executed multiple campaigns for a variety of brands across the entertainment, technology and OTC sectors. The company is also seeking to expand headcount to support rapid growth in market.

Vistar is expanding in the Australian market with key partnerships in place across the DOOH media ecosystem, including; Adline, Adflow, Civic Outdoor, QMS Media, Shopper Media Group, Tonic Health Media and VMO with several more in the pipeline the next several months. Vistar has also partnered with Factual, a leading provider of location-based audience data, to enable targeting of Factual segments across DOOH.

This announcement is the latest in a series of global milestones, including recent partnership announcements with GroupM in the U.K. and strong momentum in Canada.
