Nassau County, New York is seeking proposals from qualified individuals and entities, or partnerships thereof, authorized to do business in the State of New York, with significant experience in outdoor digital signage for third-party advertising and naming rights sponsorships, to coordinate, implement and administer a national, regional, and local sales and marketing campaign for such. The purpose of this RFP is to provide the County with proposals and recommendations from media companies, or partnerships of companies, who will market Parks properties in pursuit of outdoor advertising, naming rights, sponsorships and other advertising opportunities, and implement third-party marketing and sales strategies which will yield significant financial benefit to the County.
There will be a Pre-Proposal Meeting to be held on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at 10:00 AM, held at the Eisenhower Park Administration Building in East Meadow. While attendance is not required to submit a proposal, we strongly encourage you to make every effort to attend.
