Signagelive are expanding and seeking a dynamic, driven, salesperson who will work with Robert Hansen and Jason Cremins to continue their growth in North America.

The successful candidate will be responsible for seeking, nurturing and winning new Signagelive digtial signage software and services business with customers while working alongside their channel partners to deliver a total solution.

Here’s the Business Development Manager (North America) Job Description ….

We are seeking an outstanding Business Development Manager who will be responsible for revenue generation activities in North America. The successful candidate will be tasked with growing billings and revenue by increasing the number of active licences and chargeable services through prospecting new enterprise customers and working with channel partners to assist see Signagelive to their customers and thereby advancing market share of Signagelive in the territory.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Signagelive Americas Team to take ownership of qualified leads for end-users opportunities developing them through enquiry to order (through a channel partner) using our pre-established sales process.
  • Proactively seek out medium/large enterprise customers and construct suitable business cases to win their business.
  • Collaborate with existing channel partners to deliver turn-key solutions to enterprise customers incorporating licence billings, chargeable services and revenue.
  • Coordinate and manage all efforts internally across Commercial, Development and Support teams to resolve commercial issues during the sales cycle.
  • Manage major accounts (of both end-user clients and channel partners) by maintaining regular communications at the working level.
  • Build sustainable relationships with prospects and existing industry partners such as hardware manufacturers, third party content providers, etc.
  • Report directly into Jason Cremins – CEO and work in conjunction with Robert Hansen our Director of Sales – Americas to forge and maintain a collaborative and complementary working relationship with the sole focus to win together as a team and territory.
  • Work alongside the Signagelive Global Sales Engineering and Support teams to conceptualise and deliver use-case driven Proof Of Concepts (POCs) to advance sales and marketing of Signagelive to major accounts and opportunities.
  • Work in collaboration for the Signagelive Americas and HQ teams to participate in industry trade shows and events..
  • Work in collaboration with Signagelive Americas and HQ teams on sales and marketing campaigns to drive licence sales and awareness of Signagelive, and to uphold Signagelive’s reputation as a leading digital signage solutions provider.
  • Facilitate project closure of significant deals by identifying and addressing key risk factors, changes in scope, and external dependencies, and suggest probable solutions to ensure that they are not lost to competitors.
  • Provide weekly updates of commercial activities and participate in weekly calls (Sales, Development and Support) as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as requested.

Full details will be provided as part of the interview process, however, we expect you to deliver net new business that results in billings that are directly attributable to you and are at least five times (5x) the cost of your total package.
