Steve Yenser Joins @SenseInteract in Advisory Role

Sensory Interactive has announced that Real Estate industry veteran Steve Yenser has agreed to join the company in a business development advisory capacity.

This understanding will enable him to work closely with the leaders of national and global investment groups and real estate organizations to develop ambitious, big-picture solutions that address the disruptive conditions currently impacting the industry. Steve is ideally positioned to help us deploy our unmatched set of solutions to help multi-property owners increase the value of assets across their entire portfolio.”.

We are told that he will work with Sensory Interactive’s business development team to help current or potential clients find ways to increase the value of real estate assets across their portfolio by using technology to generate revenue and deliver engaging visitor experiences.

Steve has decades of experience as a senior executive at some of the world’s leading developers, owners, and operators of retail and mixed-use projects. He recently formed his own real estate consulting firm after spending nine years at global real estate giant JLL. While at JLL, he was instrumental in developing and leading the company’s local retail brokerage initiative and was a driving force on some of the company’s highest-profile development and redevelopment projects.

Steve previously held senior positions at Homart Development Company, General Growth Properties, and Cousins Properties, where he was the retail division’s Executive Vice President of Leasing and Chief Operating Officer.

Steve is based in Marietta, Georgia, and will work with current and potential Sensory Interactive clients throughout the United States.
