AdWalker Administrator Appointed
Kieran Wallace of KPMG was appointed provisional liquidator to AdWalker who went into administration last week on the 8th July.
It was also noted in an RNS to the Alternative Investment Market that “The affairs, business and property of the Company are now being managed by the provisional liquidator. The provisional liquidator acts as an agent of the Company without personal liability” and “Following the appointment of a provisional liquidator to the Company, John East & Partners Limited, the Company’s nominated adviser has resigned with immediate effect”
