Edmonton’s @VerticalImpress Joins @DPAAorg

DPAA, the leading global trade marketing association representing advertising and content outside the home while driving the digitization of out-of-home media, announced this week that Vertical Impression, Canada-Based Elevator Ad Screen Network has joined the association.

[1]Vertical Impression, operating out of Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal, is Canada’s largest national residential elevator screen communication and advertising network.

The company is making its name by using advanced targeting technology to better serve property managers, residents and advertisers across Canada, with a particular focus on residential towers in major cities. The company recently announced its expansion into the Quebec market.

Barry Frey, DPAA President & CEO, said, “It’s easy to see why Vertical Impression is growing so rapidly across Canada. Their digital out-of-home network allows advertisers to run their out-of-home campaigns like they would a digital campaign, with anonymous ad targeting and unique campaign analytics. They also provide an opportunity for building owners to communicate with their residents, make money through an ad-revenue share, and improve the overall aesthetic of their elevators. We look forward to supporting their continued growth.”

Nicolette Leonardis, Vice President & Co-Founder of Vertical Impression, told us “We are eager to begin working with DPAA and its community of members in Canada and around the globe. Barry and his team have done a terrific job of advancing the DOOH industry and we are very excited to bring our unique technology to be a part of that effort.”

DPAA membership also includes admission to quarterly town hall meetings and access to curated VIP tours and meetings at CES and Cannes Lions. DPAA’s 2020 Video Everywhere Summit, the industry’s largest one-day media event, will be held Tuesday, October 13.

DPAA now has members in EMEA, North America, South America, Asia and Australia.
