As we wrote back in early December [1], rumour in the US was that Spectrio LLC was about to be acquired.
As we speculated then, it was indeed, another private equity company, in this instance, The Jordan Company [2], that made the acquisition.
Spectrio’s existing management team, led by CEO Dax Brady-Sheehan, will continue to run the company and previous owner, Bertram Capital Management retains a small minority stake.
