Renewed Focus On Services Says @Barco

Global visualisation and collaboration leader Barco has announced the launch of an updated service program that reinforces the company’s commitment towards its partners and end-users. The service framework has been rebranded and the offerings have been revised. The result? A clear, unified and strengthened service strategy that complements the Barco hardware and software portfolio and fosters business growth.

Jan De Witte, Barco CEO said “At Barco, we focus on our customer’s needs in everything we do. First and foremost, by building high-quality hardware and innovative software solutions. But also by ensuring reliability in those solutions. Today we are taking this a step further with a revised strategic service framework, which we call Enable – Protect – Optimize.”

The three pillars of the updated framework are designed to deliver positive outcomes, from start to finish. The Enable offering serves a great Barco experience from the first moment through risk-free installation and smooth first-time-right deployment.

Next, with expert support and fast resolution times, the Protect program, and its EssentialCare support packages for hardware and software, help to maximize the uptime and to extend the lifetime of the Barco products. Quite literally protecting the customers’ investments.

And finally, the access to the Barco remote management platforms in combination with the Optimize service packages are meant to guarantee the optimal usage of the Barco solutions. The adoption services, customer success services and managed services optimize the efficiency and return-on-investment of the Barco solutions.

To further simplify the service offering, Barco has also introduced a common framework for all of its connected platforms, under the umbrella of the Barco Management Suites. A free version of the Management Suite is already available with Barco’s devices and now, a premium version can be acquired with a service contract for advanced functionality.
