Bloomberg is reporting that Vista Equity Partners portfolio company Four Winds Interactive LLC. is acquiring Ireland-based software provider Poppulo.

Poppulo, based in Cork, Ireland, is majority owned by its founders, including Andrew O’Shaughnessy. We understand that Susquehanna Growth Equity invested up to USD 35 million in it back in 2019. The company, formerly known as Newsweaver, makes software that handles internal communications and email for large companies and has worked with clients including GlaxoSmithKline Plc, Aon Plc, Honda Motor Co. and CDK Global Inc..
