Former ComQi exec Stuart Armstrong has joined OnQ, a manufacturer of custom retail displays, board of directors.

Paul Chapuis, CEO of OnQ said “Throughout Stu’s career, he’s built a track record of helping organizations play to their strengths, while chasing opportunities to grow their business. That vision and tenacity are welcome additions to the board, and I’m excited to have his voice at the table as we chart an aggressive path forward for OnQ.”

Stu has an extensive background in the retail space, dating back to the 1980’s when he helped bring about mass adoption of the industry’s very first computerized planogram system. Over the subsequent four decades he held leadership roles at a range of companies serving the retail and consumer packaged goods (CPG) spaces, focused primarily on shopper engagement technologies and category management best practices at retail. In the early-2000’s he served as president of the Digital Screenmedia Association, while also serving as president and chief revenue officer of ComQi for over a decade.
