Josh Moore joins Sensory Interactive

Josh Moore has joined Sensory Interactive as the Managing Director, Project Finances.

In this position, he will advance revenue strategy for client projects. By tailoring financial models and projections to each project, he will help clients realize how Dynamic Real Estate increases the value of their property developments.

He brings nearly fifteen years of experience in valuation and market analysis. He has projected and appraised sponsorship and advertising revenue for major sports and entertainment properties around the world. In his previous position as the Manager of Partnership Valuation at Legends Global Planning, Moore valued over $5 billion in contractually-obligated sponsorship income. He also worked with Sensory Interactive on revenue strategy for the Dynamic Real Estate launches of SoFi Stadium at Hollywood Park and the future Clippers Arena in Inglewood, California.
