#OOH @OMA_Australia 2021 Half Year Results

The Australian Out of Home (OOH) industry today announced half year net media revenue results including the category breakdowns for 2021.

Total net media revenue was $374.7 million, up 22.1 per cent from $307 million for the same period 2020*. Change was reported across the following categories:

 

Category figures 2021^:

·      Roadside Billboards (over and under 25 square metres) $175.7 million
·      Roadside Other (street furniture, bus/tram externals,
small format)
$97.7 million
·      Transport (including airports) $26.7 million
·      ^^Retail, Lifestyle and Other $74.5 million

 

Category figures 2020*:

·      Roadside Billboards (over and under 25 square metres) $130.6 million
·      Roadside Other (street furniture, bus/tram externals,
small format)
$78.5 million
·      Transport (including airports) $44.1 million
·      ^^Retail, Lifestyle and Other $53.9 million

Digital Out of Home (DOOH) revenue accounts for 61.5 per cent of total net media revenue year-to-date, an increase over the recorded 57.9 per cent* for the same period last year.
