CityBridge Raises USD 200M From @ZenFi_Networks

Adrian J Cotterill, Editor-in-Chief

ZenFi Networks was founded in December of 2013 with a vision of creating a new type of network to solve the infrastructure challenges associated with mobile networks and whilst it had been involved with CityBridge and LinkNYC for a few years now, it was announced last month that it had made a USD 200 million in CityBridge (LinkNYC).

PJ SOLOMON acted as exclusive financial advisor to CityBridge. We are told that investment will accelerate the expansion of the LinkNYC network throughout New York City, expanding 5G access and bringing (more) free high-speed Wi-Fi and other critical services to more New Yorkers in more neighborhoods across the city.

ZenFi Networks describes itself as a regional leader in mobile infrastructure solutions and has an unparalleled reputation for efficiently architecting and delivering solutions that enable carriers, enterprise and institutional customers.

The transaction team was led by Mark Boidman, Managing Director and Head of PJ SOLOMON’s Marketing & Media/Tech Services.
