Dave Haynes at Sixteen:Nine announced late last week that he was cancelling his mixer at #InfoComm21.
As usual he wrote eloquently about the issues of putting on an event during a pandemic “a party where people are asked to stand six feet apart and keep their masks on except to sip their drinks. Such fun!” but did also say “I have my doubts many people would register and show up, given what’s going on” – which of course will be an issue for any conference or networking event taking place that week.
The next Sixteen:Nine mixers are scheduled for #ISE2022 in Barcelona in February and #dse2022 in Las Vegas in March, 2022.
