Juggernaut Billboards has announced the divestiture of 11 out-of-home advertising assets in Northern Arizona to American Outdoor Advertising.
The purchase adds to American Outdoor Advertising’s holdings, which include major markets in California, Arizona, and Nevada. Drachman M&A Co. represented seller Juggernaut Billboards in the transaction. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
American Outdoor Advertising Partner, Tom LeClair said “We believe in our markets, and we know advertisers want access to high-traffic routes in the Southwest. These locations in Northern Arizona add to our holdings in markets like San Diego, Oakland, and Las Vegas, and they will allow us to provide clients with more opportunities in the region”.
Juggernaut Outdoor Partner, Chip Tolleson, said the sale was a strategic move for the company, noting the firm also engages in consulting and management services.
