Two Texas out-of-home advertising firms have completed a transaction involving Outdoor Advertising Assets in North Texas and the Dallas-Ft. Worth DMA. Kramerica Outdoor Advertising of Sulphur Springs, Texas announced the sale of its Outdoor Advertising Assets to Austin based MediaChoice. Drachman M&A Co. represented Kramerica Outdoor Advertising in the transaction. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Worth drawing attention from buyers wanting to enhance their market share. We expect deal flow to continue strong through the end of 2021 and into the first two quarters of 2022”.
