Burkett Media announced this week the divestiture of spectacular out-of-home advertising assets in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex to OUTFRONT Media.
OUTFRONT owns one of the largest and most diverse sets of out-of-home assets in North America. Drachman M&A Co. represented seller Burkett Media in the transaction. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Burkett Media Founder Beau Burkett said the sale to OUTFRONT made good business sense for his company.
