Visser Digital Media Acquires LevelVision College

Visser Digital Media announced late on Thursday that it had acquired LevelVision®:College (a network squarely aimed at the US Gen Y demographic that we covered in some detail back in December 2008)
Bob Martin, President & CEO, LevelVision LLC was quick to point out that his business had “succeeded in selling the college network to a rising dooh entity” and that it cleared the way for them to focus on their brand-new 1080p floor-screen.
VDM launched CampusVision in June 2009, described back then as “offering colleges and universities a robust digital signage system that enables campus-wide emergency broadcast communication as well as student communication and revenue generating advertising opportunities” and so this acquisition looks like a good fit for them.
Sean Flanagan, SVP‐Chief Revenue Officer at LevelVision, has transitioned to a similar role at VDM.
No indication of price was given in any of the official press releases.
