On our lightning whistle stop tour of NYC yesterday we only saw one New York City Yellow Taxi cab with a digital display on top of it – when we arrived late Sunday evening and had to queue for (we do not jest) 2 hours to wait for one…

Airtran! No waiting next time. or, I have also taken the airtran to different terminals where there is virtually no line for cabs…many tricks.
